I only suggested one can retain some form of progression (before deleting everything) by checking his 'Load game' menu to see if an older auto checkpoint made when the game was in v1.31 still exists (like mine). >Therefore for those who would like to continue with their own save file instead of using someone else but had their saves in 1.32, Ofcourse if you load your latest checkpoint or manual save made in 1.32, it will never work in v1.31. >Some were complaining they couldn't load even after using the mod. My solution will not work if all your manual saves & checkpoints are overwritten in v1.32 & is meant for those who wish to retain some of their progression using a checkpoint after reverting. I'm aware that 1.32 manual+checkpoint save files don't work in game v1.31. rfuzzo wrote: Im sorry, but how is loading a different 1.31 save file a trick? > If IF IF all fail.then it is finally time to move on. of course playing with a different save works, but that doesn’t help if you want to play with the 1,32 save! Im sorry, but how is loading a different 1.31 save file a trick?ġ.32 saves only work witch 1.32, and 1.31 saves work with 1.31 and 1.32. I just manually updated the file to v1.30 in-game after loading in. I remember I used one such made in v1.22. > If this doesn't work out like mine, then I believe there are some older 100 % save files here on nexus uploaded by few good samaritans. > If this works, make sure to immediately create a new manual save/ overwrite the v1.32 manual save like me. > You still need to revert back to 1.31 with this mod before selecting the old checkpoint. I couldn't work with my manual save as I unfortunately saved it after game updated to v1.32. > So instead of reinstalling/ verifying game integrity I, being lazy, went to ' Load Game ' menu section & selected an earlier auto checkpoint that was made in v1.31. ![]() Yes it happened to me as well, said the save file was made on a newer version + 1.32 broke my Geralt doppler mod. Just wanted to share a little trick I used. ![]()
